The Wagyu smash burger is my absolute favorite burger in the city! The burger is perfectly cooked and has all the right condiments to make it POP. Best burger in the 312.

Terrific service! Food was great , burger cooked and seasoned well, and the smoked salmon salad was jusst amazing! I was so impressed with the atmosphere; brick wall, fun wall art and great lighting and wow so very clean! I will certainly be going again

First of all, let me preface this by saying I don't usually eat meat. I do every blue moon and usually end up regretting it and wishing I had just ordered something vegetarian. However, I was in a carnivorous mood and I was intrigued by all the flavors going on in the description of East Meets West. I love brussels sprouts. Can you really put them on a sandwich? YES! My goodness, yes! Somehow everything about this sandwich works. It's a symphony of flavors. The ratio of brisket to brussel sprouts is great. The brussels sprouts are not just a gimmick! The brisket had a luscious, juicy texture and I really appreciate the kick of the gochujang mayo. Havarti cheese doesn't sound like it should go at all, but it does. The bread was soft but still accommodating; the ciabatta held up even with the moisture from the brussels sprouts. I've gotten this sandwich numerous times now and sadly, like it so much I haven't tried anything else here. Seriously, I can't stop singing its praises, which are especially high coming from someone who prefers vegetarian fare. I still got my vegetables though, I guess! What are you waiting for? Go try one now, already!

The cheese curds are absolutely out of this world! If you are looking for Wisconsin style cheese curds, this is the only place in the city to go. The vibes and drinks are also amazing - an added bonus!
